What is BidBuyDate.com?
BidBuyDate.com is the worlds first and only online dating site where you can bid for a Date.
Is this an auction only dating site?
No. You may list you’re profile on Live Auction at anytime you wish, otherwise you may use it like any other great dating sites.
What is the whole purpose of bidding for a date?
BidBuyDate.com is a unique idea set out to bring a twist to the online dating industry. The final bid of the Auction will be split 50-50 between the Auctioneer and BidBuyDate.com. The money can be spent on towards the date or can be donated towards any of your (Auctioneer) chosen Charities.
Is Registering for FREE, with unlimited time period at BidBuyDate.com
Yes. Registering with BidBuyDate.com is totally FREE, which entitles you to view unlimited photos & video clips with sound of any other members & you Can send & receive "wink" from any members. This membership is called “Bronze”.
Will BidBuyDate.com charge your Credit/Debit Card in instalments?
No. BidBuyDate.com will NEVER charge your Credit/Debit card other than when you authorise payment on our “High Secure” Payment Page.
Your membership fee is a one time payment.
What is “Buy Credit” use for?
"Buy Credit" can be useful for a number of things such as, purchasing Credit from BidBuyDate.com which will show in your “My Credit” and then can be used for
Listing your profile on live auctions, SMS alerts to your mobile phone “apart from Voice message alerts which are for FREE”, upgrading your membership. “Buy Credit” will be also useful for many other ideas that will be added to our site as BidBuyDate.com will always add new features to this already original concept.
What is Show/Hide Profile?
This feature gives you the choice to choose if you would like other members to be able to view your profile whilst searching under any search options. The only time a member will be able to view your profile is if you email them through BidBuyDate.com messaging service.
What is “My Credit”?
"My Credit" is your personal account with BidBuyDate.com which shows you in a user friendly way, your transactions that you have made.
When I become a member on BidBuyDate.com will my information show to others immediately?
All feedback, photos, videos, usernames, introduction titles, introduction descriptions, professions, that you add to your profile will be checked and approved from our administrators to assure BidBuyDate community a clean place to have fun.
Refund Policy
Is my Premier membership fee refundable after use?
No. Any Premier memberships are subject to no refunds. You will have the choice in the beginning of registering for free and have full view on what BidBuyDate.com has to offer.

Am I, (Winner) entitled for a refund after I have “Won” and have dated the auctioneer?
No. If you have Won a date on BidBuyDate.com and have dated with the auctioneer, this means you have handed over the “DateCode”. Once the Secret “DateCode” has been exchanged with the auctioneer, this means that this transaction is complete.
Security
Is ALL my personal details kept secret.
Yes. All of your Credit/Debit Card details, home addresses, home/mobile numbers will be kept private and WILL not under any circumstances be sold, rented, leased to any third party or company. For further information please go to our "Privacy Policy" LINK.
Auction
Can I, (Auctioneer) choose who will win me for a date
Yes. When you’re about to put you’re profile up on live auction (Create New) you will be given an option which is called “I will choose”. You will find this in (2) places, 1 “Date Me Now” and (2) for “Auction Winner Selection”. Please note that the option “I will choose” will have a fee.
What will I, (Winner) do when I have won a date?
As soon as you have clicked the “Pay” button under “Members Auction” in either “Pending-Won”, you will receive an email from BidBuyDate.com to your BidBuyDate account, your email address, and to your mobile phone (If registered “UK only”) containing the Secret “DateCode”. This will be in 8 Numeric digits. You must give this to your date only whilst dating. You have 30 days to meet your date from the day you have clicked the “Pay” button.
How will I, (Auctioneer) receive half of the Auction money I have won?
When you are given the Secret “Date Code” from the winner whilst “dating” only, you can either text it to us whilst dating (Highly Recommended) e.g. “DateCode 12345678 + 89131 + Send. You will receive a response immediately, unless network delays. This will prove us “BidBuyDate.com” that both “Winner & Auctioneer” have met. In order to receive half of the Auction revenue to your “My Credit” you must sign into your BidBuyDate.com account and leave the Winner a feedback. Please note that before texting BidBuyDate.com the secret “DateCode” you must first register your mobile phone with us (UK only).
Can I transfer my money In “My Credit” from BidBuyDate.com to my bank account?
Yes. You can ONLY send it to an account which belongs to you. Once you have filled in the details and clicked request, a link will be sent to your email address for you to click and verify the request. This will notify BidBuyDate.com and your Withdrawal will be dealt with . To transfer your revenue please go to “My Account” then to “Withdraw Revenue” and follow the instructions. For withdrawal fees please click the “Fees” link at bottom of the page.
Do I have to text BidBuyDate the Secret “DateCode” when I meet the Winner?
No. But BidBuyDate.com highly recommends this for any inconveniences that may occur later . As it will be awkward for you to look around for a Internet Café whilst dating or to even when you are back home/work after you have finished your date, signing into your BidBuyDate account and finding out that the “DateCode” is incorrect as “DateCode” can be mistakenly given. With your pre-registered mobile phone (UK only) we will respond to you Via SMS immediately unless network delays.
Is the listing fee for my Auction refundable if my Auctions is successful or not?
No. Your Auction listing is similar to a car ad, if the car sells or not you will still be charged a listing fee, as this fee is only for the ad.

How long will it take for my profiles Auction to go live once I’ve listed it?
Immediately. Your Auction will be listed as soon as payment is received either from your Credit/Debit Card, or from your “My Credit” account with BidBuyDate.com (If sufficient funds are available). If you have money in your “My Credit” account but not enough, than the full listing fee will be charged to your Credit/Debit Card.

Feedback Rules
What happens if I, (Auctioneer) leave a positive feedback to the winner?
As soon as you leave a positive feedback, the winner will receive a notification explaining that he/she has received a positive feedback from you. At this point only half of the revenue of the auction will be Credited to your “My Credit”.
What if I, (Auctioneer) leave the winner a positive feedback and the winner leaves me a negative feedback?
Don’t worry we’re smarter than that! If you leave the winner a positive feedback and the winner leaves you a shocking Negative one in return, the positive feedback you have left to the winner will be removed immediately.
What happens if I, (Auctioneer) leave a negative feedback to the winner?
It will be displayed to others to see immediately.
Will I, (Auctioneer) still receive half of the auction revenue to my “My Credit” account no matter what feedback I post the winner?
Yes of course. BidBuyDate.com will never try to sway you from your opinion towards the winner, the feedback is here to provide you the service to explain your experience to other members in BidBuyDate.com community.
What happens if I, (Auctioneer) leave a positive feedback to the winner and the winner leave’s me a positive feedback as well?
Than both of the feedbacks will be displayed immediately to others to see.
Will the positive feedback I left the winner show immediately to others?
No. Till the winner responds with a feedback in the 30 day period of your feedback posting date, the feedback you have left to the winner will remain un- displayed to others.
How long have I, (Winner) got to leave a feedback to the auctioneer?
Once you have received a positive feedback by the Auctioneer, you have 30 days to leave a feedback in return. Failing this, will result the positive feedback you’ve received to be removed.
What if I, (Winner) do not pay for the auction I have won?
You have 14 days from the end of the Auction to pay the fee in full, if not received within 14 days you will receive a Negative feedback by BidBuyDate.com. From the date of the Negative feedback posting to, you have another 14 days chance to pay the fee in full. If paid within 14 days the negative feedback will be removed, if payment is not made than the feedback will remain on your feedback list.
Refund Policy
Am I, (Winner) entitled for a refund?
Yes. Only if the Auctioneer has not turned up for the date.
of course the Secret “DateCode” has not been exchanged.
What if I, (Winner) have paid but Auctioneer does not turn up for the date?
You will be entitled for a refund after the 30 day (when payment is made) meet up period has expired. Once expired you may than request a refund to BidBuyDate.com but in order to receive the refund you will need to leave a Negative feedback to the Auctioneer which will be refunded minus 20% (admin fee). You have 21 days after the 30 days meet up period to post a negative feedback to the Auctioneer, failing to post a negative feedback will cause the Auction fee you have paid to be refunded by 20%. And will receive a negative feedback by BidBuyDate.com.
What if I, (Winner) paid for the Auction but have not requested for a refund and have not posted a Negative feedback to the Auctioneer?
As long as the Secret “DateCode” has not been exchanged, you will receive a refund by BidBuyDate.com minus 50% and a Negative feedback
